Data Deletion Request

If you want your personal data deleted from Aliigo, this page explains how to request deletion and what happens next.
1. How to request deletion
Send your request to legal@aliigo.com from the email associated with your account. Include the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”. If you cannot use the original email, provide enough information for identity verification (business name, account email, and recent account activity).
2. What data can be deleted
You can request deletion of account and workspace data, including profile details, assistant configuration, conversation history, and stored leads, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
3. Verification and response time
We verify the request before processing deletion. We aim to confirm receipt promptly and complete deletion within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days unless complexity or legal obligations require more time.
4. What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required by law (for example tax, billing, fraud prevention, or security obligations). Any retained data is kept only for the required period and purpose.
5. Third-party processors
Aliigo uses subprocessors (such as hosting, database, and payment providers). After validating your request, we initiate deletion through our systems and subprocessors according to our agreements and applicable law. See the Subprocessors page for details.
