Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Aliigo website and the Aliigo SaaS service (“Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Aliigo is operated by Emilio Castellanos (València, Spain). Contact: legal@aliigo.com.
2. How you accept these Terms
If the Service presents a checkbox at signup/checkout, you accept these Terms by checking it and continuing. We may store a record of your acceptance (e.g., timestamp and Terms version). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
Aliigo provides a website chat assistant that helps answer visitor questions, capture leads when appropriate, and guide visitors to the next step. Features may evolve over time. Some features may be labeled beta or preview.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
5. Plans, free trial, and billing
Aliigo offers paid plans (e.g., Starter, Growth, and Pro) and may offer a 30-day free trial. Trials are cancellable at any time before they end. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Plan details and included usage allowances are described on the pricing page and/or in your dashboard. Excessive or abusive usage may require an upgrade or may be throttled.
6. Fees, taxes, and payments
Fees are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). If payment fails or becomes overdue, we may suspend or cancel access to the Service until payment is resolved.
7. Customer content and AI outputs
You are responsible for all content you provide to configure the assistant and for any content collected or displayed through your use of the Service (“Customer Content”). The Service may generate AI-assisted outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to use them, including compliance with applicable law and your own policies.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to: (a) break the law; (b) send spam or unlawful marketing; (c) infringe third-party rights; (d) distribute malware; (e) attempt unauthorized access; (f) misuse the Service in a way that harms others or the platform.
9. Third-party services
The Service may depend on third-party infrastructure and providers. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Support
Support channels and response-time targets may vary by plan. We do not guarantee any specific response time unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates security or operational risk. Upon termination, access may continue until the end of the billing period unless terminated for cause.
12. Intellectual property
Aliigo and its licensors own the Service, software, and related intellectual property. You retain rights to your Customer Content.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIIGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ALIIGO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aliigo from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of València, Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
